2. OUR GUARANTEE
We strive for the best customer experience. If you find that your MONTA products purchased from our site do not perform to your needs you can request a refund. You can return your purchased products within 10 days. We are not responsible for lost shipments so we advise you to return your items by registered post.
3. RETURNING YOUR PRODUCTS
You can return your purchased MONTA products within 10 days from receipt. If the return falls outside this period we unfortunately cannot accept the returned items and give a refund. If the items are worn, damaged or are not returned in its original packaging, we unfortunately cannot accept the returned items. Clothing returns will only be accepted if the original hangtag/label has not been removed.
4. EXCHANGING YOUR PRODUCTS
We do not exchange purchased products. It is only possible to exchange when you have received MONTA products that differ from your order.
5. DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We stand for quality and test our products to ensure that they are standing up to our standards. Returned products are inspected and if the damage is a result of a manufacturing defect, we fully refund the costs. If the damage was caused by other reasons than material quality we do not refund.
